Brown & Streza Leases 12,852 Square Feet

IRVINE, Calif. (Sept. 24, 2004) – Grubb & Ellis Company (OTC:GBEL), one of the leading providers of integrated real estate services, today announced Brown & Streza, LLP, a law firm focusing on complex income tax planning, estate planning, charitable gift planning, business operation planning and business succession planning, leased 12,852 square feet of office space in Irvine for its corporate headquarters. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Brown & Streza is slated to occupy the building, which is located at 8105 Irvine Center Drive, in December 2004 upon completion of tenant improvements. The law firm will be relocating from 9,000 square feet of leased space, which is also in Irvine.
Doug Mathews of Grubb & Ellis’ Newport Beach office represented the lessee in the transaction. The lessor, The Irvine Company of Newport Beach, represented itself.
