O'Melveny & Myers Stays in the 610 Tower. Law Firm Renews Lease on 60,000 SF.
The law firm O'Melveny & Myers signed on for another 10 years at 610 Newport Center Drive in Newport Beach. It will occupy 60,208 square feet in the building through 2015. The property is among those owned and recently upgraded by The Irvine Co.
With firms around the world, O'Melveny & Myers specializes in all manners of business law, including corporate finance, entertainment and media and mergers and acquisitions.
The 18-story high-rise offers amenities such as concierge, conferencing facilities, 24-Hour Fitness and a five-star restaurant.
