Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald Expands in Irvin

Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald (WTH&F) signed a lease for 27,556 square feet at 2040 Main St. in Irvine, CA. The total consideration of the 10-year deal was in excess of $8 million. The law firm will move into the third floor in August.
WTH&F specializes in serving government and civil construction and commercial real estate corporations. Many of its clients are involved with development, insurance and architecture and engineering.
