Baker & Hostetler Relocating in Plaza Tower

Baker & Hostetler LLP leased 13,418 square feet of office space in Plaza Tower at 600 Anton Blvd. in Costa Mesa, CA.
The law firm, which is currently occupying suite 650, will move into suite 900.
Baker & Hostetler, one of the nation's largest law firms with 550 attorneys operating out of 10 offices across the country, signed a 10-year lease that will commence in March.
Designed by internationally acclaimed architect Cesar Pelli, the 21-story Plaza Tower has been recognized as the architectural centerpiece for Orange County. The tower's slender, stainless steel facade is a landmark on the Orange County skyline. As a result of the transaction, the Class-A office building is 92 percent leased.
