Buchalter, Nemer, Fields & Younger Expands

IRVINE, CA-The law firm of Buchalter, Nemer, Fields & Younger is expanding
and relocating in a 20,456-sf lease at the Irvine Center Towers 18400 Von Karmen
Ave., where it is expanding from 15,000 sf at 895 Dove St. in Newport Beach. The
law firm signed for 10 years in a lease valued at $5.1 million. The landlord,
Cigna/Transwestern, was represented in-house by Greg May and David Girty.
About Buchalter, Nemer, Fields & Younger was founded in Downtown Los Angeles
in 1948. The firm's main areas of practice include bank and finance, corporate
and business practices, insolvency, litigation, labor and employment, and real
estate. It has more than 140 lawyers with offices in Los Angeles, Orange County
and San Francisco.
Built by the Koll Co. in stages from 1983 to 1988, the Irvine Center Towers
complex was designed by AC Martin and comprises four identical towers of 11
stories each, overlooking a reflective lake. It is part of a two-million-sf
portfolio of Orange County office properties managed by Transwestern, which
oversees about six million sf in Southern California.
