NB Law Firm Sells Bldg in Newport Center

The Scott Boras Corp. purchased the 18,146-square-foot building
at 18 Corporate Plaza Drive in Newport Beach for $5.38 million or $296 per square
foot. Recognized as a sports agent for professional athletes, The Scott Boras
Corp. is planning major renovations and tenant improvements before relocating
from 2100 Southeast Main St. in Irvine in the third quarter of this year. Built
in 1978, the property features a conferencing facility and on-site management.
Mike Dorsey of Grubb & Ellis represented the selling entity. The Scott Boras
Corp. represented itself, in-house.
